AI-Assisted Prototyping Studio

AI App Builder

Describe it. AI builds it.

Turn your ideas, voice instructions, screenshots, and requirements into responsive web applications with AI.

One idea, six ways in

✍️

Describe

Write your idea in plain language and let AI turn it into pages, features and code.

🎀

Speak

Talk through your idea using your microphone β€” no typing required.

πŸ–ΌοΈ

Screenshot

Upload UI inspiration and AI reads the layout, colors and components.

πŸ“„

Requirements

Drop in a requirements doc and AI extracts pages, roles and features.

πŸ’‘

Templates

Pick from 15 ready-made prompts if you're not sure where to start.

πŸ§ͺ

Test & Fix

AI checks the generated app and helps you debug issues automatically.

Ready to see it build something?

One click runs the full pipeline on a sample idea β€” no typing needed.

Builder

Give AI an idea. It plans, designs, codes and tests a working prototype.

How It Works

AI App Builder chains a single request/response AI call through a set of real, deterministic stages around it. Nothing here is simulated as "AI" unless a model call actually happened.

1

Input Understanding

Your text, transcribed speech, screenshot or requirements file is normalized into one plain-language brief.

2

Requirement Analyzer

The AI model infers users, roles, pages and features, and flags what's missing or assumed.

3

Application Planner

The inferred requirements are shaped into a concrete blueprint: pages, navigation and data.

4

UI Generator

The plan is translated into a dark/light visual design system β€” colors, layout, components.

5

Code Generator

The model returns real HTML, CSS and JavaScript for a working static prototype, as one JSON payload.

6

Live Preview

The returned code is rendered in a sandboxed iframe β€” never executed in the parent page.

7

Testing

A real static analyzer (not an AI call) parses the returned files and checks structure, links and responsiveness.

8

Debugging

Failed checks are turned into problem/cause/fix cards; some are fixed automatically, others via a follow-up AI call.

9

Export

The three files are downloaded individually or bundled into a .zip you can host anywhere.

What's real vs. simulated

  • Real: the AI call to your configured provider, browser speech recognition, static code analysis, ZIP export, localStorage history.
  • Simulated / labeled prototype: anything a static frontend genuinely cannot do β€” persistent multi-user backends, databases, authentication with real sessions. Generated apps that imply these are explicitly labeled "Frontend prototype β€” backend integration required."

About AI App Builder

Project

AI App Builder

Purpose

Help non-technical users transform ideas into responsive web application prototypes.

Technologies

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, an AI/LLM provider of your choice, browser Speech & File APIs, optional multimodal AI, optional MediaPipe hand tracking.

Educational purpose

This is an educational AI application builder and generated applications may require backend integration for production use.

⚠️ Security & privacy

This is a static, client-only site with no server of its own. Your API key is kept in memory for this browser tab only β€” it is never written to localStorage, never bundled into generated code, and is sent directly from your browser to your chosen AI provider. Never expose a private production API key in public frontend code. Use a key you're comfortable pasting into a demo.

Gesture control (optional, experimental)

When enabled, this demo loads MediaPipe Hands from a CDN to recognize an open palm, closed fist and thumbs-up with a confidence threshold, debouncing and a cooldown, purely as a computer-vision demonstration. If your browser or device doesn't support it, the rest of the app keeps working normally.
